Hugo Hayes
Hugo brings nearly a decade of experience in strategy consulting, specialising in working with healthcare and biotech clients. He has worked with the world’s largest pharma companies and fast-growth start-ups across a range of topics: launching COVID vaccines, clinical trials and private equity acquisitions.
With a track record of running recruitment initiatives across companies and hiring candidates, Hugo knows what it takes to land top jobs and the skills needed to succeed in them. Whilst studying at the University of Oxford, he helped to build a career opportunity platform for international students to discover opportunities in the UK.
Arthur Wakeley
Arthur has a background in scaling businesses and advising world-leading companies and start-ups. In recent years, he has been leading a £100m AIM-listed life sciences company. Previously he was at McKinsey, where he led project teams across Europe and the US, advising multiple S&P 500 and FTSE 100 businesses. His work was focused on growth strategy, tech and innovation. He started his career at Lazard in M&A Investment Banking, advising corporate and private equity clients on various transactions.
Arthur has a lifelong interest in careers advice. He has led recruitment efforts at various companies and built careers networking platforms for alumni at both Oxford University (whilst College President) and Malvern College (Trustee). He has previously worked as a personal tutor and prepared applicants for interviews at McKinsey and for Investment Banking.
